PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment with any major credit card or bank account through Paypal. International customers who want to pay by Paypal, please check at www.paypal.com to see if Paypal is offered in your country.
We also accept checks and money orders. Orders will be shipped once your check has cleared, which may take up to 10 business days. Please send your check or money order, along with items you'd like to order to:

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping via USPS First Class Mail varies by weight. The cost will vary between $3 and $7. Orders will be shipped between 1 and 2 weeks from the time they are placed.
International orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. It takes generally one week and the cost includes insurance and a tracking number. Please email shipping@formoda.com for an estimate.
RETURNS & REPAIRS
If you are not satisfied with your Formoda item, please contact us at returns@formoda.com within 30 days for a complete refund. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
1) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2) Any item that is not in its original condition.
If your jewelry does not fit properly, needs adjustment or breaks, we will fix your item free of charge.

1) A copy of the receipt
